Custom projects typically ship within 6–8 weeks of design approval. We use specialized white-glove carriers to ensuring your handcrafted furniture arrives safely and is placed exactly where you need it.
What is your return policy for custom commissions?
Since custom pieces are designed specifically for your space and gratitude, they are non-returnable. However, we work closely with you through the design and sourcing phases to ensure every detail matches your vision before we cut into the wood.
How do you source your artisanal timber?
We source local, sustainable hardwoods from managed forests. Each slab is hand-selected and kiln-dried to ensure long-term stability in your modern workspace.
What maintenance is required for the finish?
Our desks are finished with a durable, matte hardwax oil. Maintenance is simple: wipe with a damp cloth for daily cleaning, and re-oil once every 12–18 months to keep the wood supple and protected.
